What if I want to cancel my reservation?
If You want to cancel Your reservation, please, send SMS text message, as e-mail, or call us A.S.A.P.
Your reservation is valid when "RIALTO" apartment confirm your request by sms
text message.
I am arriving early in the morning, can I enter the flat right away?
You enter our flats by 2 pm. It is possible to enter earlier, only in the case that previous guests had left the flat before
12:00 at the day of Your arrival. In the case the flat was empty the day before Your arrival, then it is possible to enter
early in the morning. In any case, the best for You would be to ask us about that before You arrive.
Who will give me the keys?
One of our operators will wait for You at the apartment address. When You arrive, You will enter the apartment with him where he will give You the keys.
I arrive late at night. What then?
You may enter the flat around the clock,but please, let us know , especially if You expect to arrive late at night, or early
in the morning.
